Giuseppe, a Campanian priest already a missionary in Africa, works in a small diocese of Rome. Put in crisis in his Faith, he asks the Bishop to be transferred to a town in his land, and so he is moved to a small village in the Neapolitan area. Giuseppe takes the place of the parish priest of the neighborhood, Don Antonio, a man of great charisma and magnificent eloquence, listened to and respected by all because he fights a battle against the illegitimate burial of toxic waste. Don Antonio is going to be transferred to Rome for his merits, but, before leaving, he introduces Giuseppe into the harsh reality of the neighborhood. The priest works hard trying to help the community in every way, until he discovers the real inconvenient reality of that place. Giuseppe decides to follow his spiritual path without fear, but - despite his great tenacity and courage - he will face a very hard reality.A moving story that speaks of humanity and the strength to defend the Faith.
