Cinemaundici was founded in 1998 by Ermanno Olmi, Luigi Musini and Roberto Cicutto and is now led by Olivia Musini. The company focuses on the production of auteur films and projects for a wider audience, while never neglecting the power of the story, which is the true driving force in the selection of projects.

Cinemaundici produced films directed by award-winning directors, such as Greenery Will Bloom Again by Ermanno Olmi and Wondrous Boccaccio by Taviani brothers; it produced social realism dramas, such as Black Souls by Francesco Munzi and On My Skin by Alessio Cremonini. It also produced a number of debut films: Leonardo Guerra Seràgnoli’s Last Summer, Massimiliano Camaiti’s Caught By a Wave and Jasmine Trinca’s short film Being My Mom. Comedies produced by Cinemaundici are ...E fuori nevica! by Vincenzo Salemme, Couples Therapy for Cheaters and One of The Family by Alessio Maria Federici, who also directed Maradonaples.
